Regular Registration Fee
Includes Monday Reception, all conference sessions, breaks, continental breakfasts and luncheons on Tuesday and Wednesday, Tuesday Networking Reception and program materials.

Extended Workshops
Optional workshops will be held on Wednesday, July 22 from 1:00–5:00 PM at Bevier Hall at the University of Illinois Teaching Kitchen after the conclusion of the conference. Workshop registration fee is $49.00 per person. You may register for only one workshop.
Workshop #1: Everyone to the Kitchen gives you the opportunity to learn new and innovative ways to incorporate soy in your menu planning for large groups. Whether you want to add a vegetarian option, desire to improve the nutrient content or need an appealing menu item that students will enjoy, consider this hands-on extended workshop. You’ll have the chance to scale up and adapt soy recipes that are versatile and easy to use. While you’re making and tasting these appetizing recipes, you’ll be pondering what other soy ingredients can be used to make nutritious and delicious meals.
Workshop #2: Soy Made Simple gives you the opportunity to create mouth-watering recipes including spinach dip, confetti corn salad and pumpkin bars. The recipes give you a chance to work with soy and find out how easy it is to incorporate this high protein, low fat ingredient. These new recipes are sure to become some of your favorites. You’ll enjoy making and tasting these sensational soy creations! Come hungry and go home satisfied.
Payment in full must accompany your registration form. Please use the registration form as your invoice.
Cancellations
If you register and find you cannot attend, a refund less a $25 processing fee will be made if you notify the Conferences & Institutes office (217-244-9687 or hubbrd@illinois.edu) by May 15, 2009. No refunds can be granted after May 15; however, substitutions are allowed.
